This versatile double-flanged closer is well suited to a wide range of cavity widths. The singly extruding profile comes in sizes designed to fit most common cavity widths, as well as the multi-width profiles – a handy product that is intended to be cut to fit a range of cavity widths with ease.

These closers are not only effective at fighting off problems caused by heat and cold by acting as a thermal gap in the cavity, they’re also able to fight off damp by creating a vertical DPC barrier.  Designed for super-simple use, the closer offers lightweight design and a simple method of installation requiring no more specialist tools than a saw to cut to size.

Thanks to an easily cut insulation strip, users are equipped to fit on widths of cavities ranging from 50-100mm to 100-150mm. This product boasts insulation that provides a GWP score of less than five. Because it is non-load-bearing, it shouldn’t be used to replace more traditional methods of masonry fixing.
